INTRODUCTION TO THE ORGANIZATION

    2.1.1 Vision
-To be a main company in producing quality boiller  in Malaysia within 5  years.

    2.1.2Mission
-To maintain the quality and performances and serve the best quality of products with affordable         prices at the same time.

-Alert and aware regarding the feedback from our customers. This is a medium where we can improve and upgrade the products and the services by time to time.


      2.1.3 Objectives

For objectives, we are using “ SMART” concept to make sure our business achieve on what we want and also our target.

S:  Providing a specific product for university’s student and staff
M: Measured our target market for certain years to observe if our business  
     achieves the target market in the future.
A: Make sure our customer satisfy with our product and at the same time
     achieve our main goal.
R: To become aware on what customers want and desired off.
T: Estimating our target market in certain years in the future.
